LILY

Lily may be small but she should never be underestimated!  She has been through quite a lot in her short life.  Lily was found abandoned near a farm.  She had lice, fleas, ear mites, was very underweight and had a bad upper respiratory infection.  Animal House Shelter staff worked with her every day getting her well enough for foster care.  Then it was found that she most likely had Toxoplasmosis. (We will never know for sure if it was Toxoplasmosis)  Lily has recovered fully but may never have her vision back.  There is a possibility that she can see light and shadow and we will know more once she has her final checkup. In the meantime, Lily gets around fine in the foster family's home, is great with little children and loves to play with dogs and other cats. She greets you at the door and wants nothing but your complete attention. Lily is playful and is not timid. She will cuddle and will make a great addition to anyone's family willing to overlook her limited vision. Please call ahead to make an appointment to meet Lily.
