Notes from Stella’s foster mom: Stella is a very sweet, petite girl! She was with me at my home on February 21st, 2018. She was pregnant and gave birth on Monday February 26th, 2018. She was a really good mom to her babies. She stayed at my home until Friday April 20th,2018.
During that time Stella proved to be a really sweet, cute, funny, and very smart dog. She may start out being just a touch shy but given a short time, she will warm up to people quickly. She absolutely loves and thrives on petting and human attention! She loves belly rubs and she is a cuddler. She adores her dog bed and would love one of her own in her forever home. Although given the chance, she loves the couch or bed just as much! She enjoys her food and eats her 2 meals a day nicely and is not a beggar or a mooch for people food!! That’s always a nice thing!
Although she likes to go for walks with you, she prefers to do most all of her “business” while off leash and at her leisure in a fenced yard. While in my home she has also been exposed to children by way of my 6 yr old son, his friend, and my many nieces and nephews. Stella does seem to enjoy the company of kids and is very kind and gentle with them.
Overall Stella has proven to be a wonderful house guest, that given some time, attention, and training will show what a fabulous companion she can be!
