This handsome boy enjoys a good head scratch. He also offers his belly when he is in the mood for a belly rub. Some of Mr. Whiskers favorite things are being brushed, playing with toys, and watching the birds. He would do best in a home with older children and no other cats. Mr. Whiskers can’t wait to find a home where he can run, play, and snuggle with his humans.

All cats are microchipped, neutered, current on all vaccines, and FeLV/FIV tested at the time of adoption.

An application is required to view our adoptable pets. All household members and any dogs from the household need to be present at the time of your appointment (unless your dog has had prior exposure to cats). A photo ID will be required at the time of adoption.

Appointments are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. All applications are considered general. Specific animals are NOT put on hold for adoption. When you visit, our adoption counselors will be able to make suggestions based on the type of pet you are looking for and help you find the best fit for your family.

Animal House Shelter cannot guarantee the breeds of the adoptable animals. The animals are posted on the website as the breed or breed mix based on their physical characteristics they most resemble. We also cannot guarantee the ages of our adoptable animals.
