9AM- The Pet Parade begins at the intersection of Douglas Avenue and Ann Street, by the NENA Butterfly Garden (in front of the main parade) Meet our volunteers, learn about the shelter and ways to get involved, and meet some of our available adoptable pups! AHS will be at the parade until 12:30PM!
Elgin Fourth of July Event details:
9AM- Elgin’s Fourth of July Parade, starts off from Douglas and Slade Avenues, traveling south on Douglas Avenue to City Hall at Highland Avenue.
Celebrate the Fourth of July in Elgin with a full day of family-friendly parades, concerts, food trucks, butter-making, fireworks, and more!
